Cancellation and Amendment Conditions

These Cancellation and Amendment Conditions may be amended from time to time. It is important that you read carefully and understand the Cancellation and Amendment Conditions. By booking Hotels via the Website or any of our applications through whatever platform by completing a reservation through the Website and/or contacting our Customer Service, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Cancellation and Amendment Conditions then in force shall apply.

If you do not agree to the Cancellation and Amendment Conditions, please do not make bookings through the Website or contact and make bookings through our Customer Service. We reserve the right at any time change these Cancellation and Amendment Conditions is in the Company’s sole discretion.

Any changes we make on Cancellation and Amendment Conditions will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Website. Your continued use of this Website after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated Cancellation and Amendment Conditions.

Amendment Conditions

Amendment is applied to any changes of room detail or customer detail can be made through “Manage Booking” page.

This apply to change of dates or room type, extension or reduction of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part (collectively the “Amendment”).

Any amendments to your reservation must be made through B2Hotel.com website and NOT directly with the hotel.

We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after amendments without confirmation from us.

Amendments will incur a handling fee (depending on such case).

All requests are subjects to room available.

Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed.

During Low Season, reservations cancelled or amended within three (3) days or less prior to the date of arrival will incur a one night charge. There is no refund for reservations cancelled or amended less than 24 hours from the date of arrival.

During High Season, reservations cancelled or amended within seven (7) days or less prior to the date of arrival will incur a one night charge. There is no refund for reservations cancelled or amended within three (3) days from the date of arrival.

In the event of during certain travel periods (Peak Season) such as New Year and Song Kran Festival, there is no refund for reservations cancelled or amended within 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

Remarks:

a)If the cancellation and amendment (changing room type, reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of guest booked) results in a refund of payment, a handling fee will be changed at least equivalent to 5% of the amounts to be refunded, depending on such Cancellation and Amendment Conditions.

b)If the room you are booking is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable, certain rates or promotion, special offers, or similar cannot be cancelled, all cancellation and amendment will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation in requested.

c)Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

d)There are no refunds for Early Check Outs.

e)By making a reservation via our website, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your stay. The general cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel you choose to stay is made available on our Platform on the booking confirmation, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).
